How to make Litti-Chokha
Ingredients needed to make litti
- 150 grams - Sattu
- 250 grams - wheat flour
- 1 tsp - Ghee
- 1/2 tsp - Cumin
- 1/2 tsp - Fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp - Kalonji
- 1/2 tsp - red chili powder
- 3-4 - Green chilies - chopped
- 100 grams - ginger
- 15-20 - cloves of garlic
- green coriander
- 1 tsp - lemon juice
- Celery
- Mustard oil - 2 tsp
- salt - to taste
How to make litti
For this, take two cups of wheat flour and add a little ghee and a pinch of salt to it and knead it with water. Grind cumin and fennel and mix it with sattu.
Now add green chillies, ginger, coriander, garlic, salt and fennel seeds, celery, red chillies etc. to this mixture and mix it. Add lemon juice and mustard oil as well.

Peel off and mash the boiled potatoes.

- Brinjal - 2 roasted
- 2 boiled - potatoes

- 2 - Chop green chilies.

- 1 - lemon
- Green Coriander - Chopped
- salt - as per taste
How to make Baingan Chokha
Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add tomatoes to it and cook for some time, until they turn dark red. Peel the roasted brinjal and remove its inside. Now add mashed potatoes and brinjals. Put both in the pan and mix it well. Now add red chili powder, turmeric and salt to this mixture and cook this mixture on low heat for some time. Add onion and green chilies to it. Lemon juice and coriander leaves Mix and serve.
